We partner with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for both the mother and her baby. We provide counseling, evaluation, and management for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>women with a previous high-risk pregnancy who want to get pregnant or are already pregnant<\/li>\n<li>women with chronic health conditions who want to get pregnant or are already pregnant<\/li>\n<li>women with unexpected pregnancy problems including newly diagnosed medical or surgical complications, fetus with complications or birth defects, and multiple pregnancies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Specific services that MFMs may provide include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Routine and specialized ultrasound procedures for pregnant women, including first trimester ultrasound, biometry, biophysical scoring, Doppler, congenital anomaly scan, fetal echocardiogram, and 3D ultrasound<\/li>\n<li>Pre- and post-pregnancy gynecologic ultrasound evaluation of the patient<\/li>\n<li>Early diagnosis of fetal aneuploidies and other genetic disorders through non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) and first trimester screening tests<\/li>\n<li>Non-stress test and contraction stress test to evaluate fetal well-being<\/li>\n<li>Amniocentesis, amnioreduction, and amnioinfusion<\/li>\n<li>Cervical cerclage and pessary insertion to prevent preterm birth<\/li>\n<li>Fetal therapy including fetal intrauterine transfusion, fetoscopic laser ablation of anastomotic vessels, EXIT procedure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"100-width.php","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-674","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
